Thankyou for this response! Is Tenso easy to use? How does it work,? Do the Amazon JP sellers ship tp their base and the Tenso folks then ship to you the foreign buyer, similar to how people around the globe buy from non-shipping US stotes with the likes of MyUS?

Sadly, I don’t know a Spinfit stockist which is at the same time a) inexpensive and b) complete.
My primary source for eartips in general is amazon.jp. For some models they offer direct delivery to Italy, for others they are sadly only allowed for domestic delivery, and in such case I manage to buy a few things at the same time, and reforward via Tenso.
